'Bethesda preps Fallout 3 DLC for PS3, confirms Mothership Zeta'
Chicago (IL) - Bethesda has confirmed that Fallout 3 downloadable content (DLC) will be available for the PS3 over the next few months. Operation: Anchorage is expected to debut in late June, followed by the release of The Pitt and Broken Steel some 4-6 weeks apart.
The company also announced the development of two new DLCs for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC:
Point Lookout - Players are granted the opportunity to explore a massive swampland sector.
Mothership Zeta - Players attempt to survive a horrific alien abduction.
Point Lookout will be available in late June for the Xbox 360 and PC platforms at a cost of 800 points or $10. However, PS3 owners will only be able to obtain the title after the release of the first three DLCs. Mothership Zeta, which is expected to cost a similar amount, is slated for the Xbox 360 and PC in late July. Unsurprisingly, the content will only be available to PS3 users after the arrival of Point Lookout.

YES.
I'll end up having spent like $150 on this game by the time they stop releasing new stuff for it, and that's not including Fallout: New Vegas.

This is good news for PS3 users. Bethesda could have saved a lot of bad feelings and complaining from their customers if they'd let on months ago that DLC would eventually be available for PS3, even if no further details were given.
I now have the 360 and PC versions so they'll be getting a fair chunk of change from me.
