Medical Records App for iPhone
Does anyone know of an App for iPhone I can use to keep track of my medical history, takes notes at doctors appointments and sync back to my Mac? Maybe even one that syncs with an App for the Mac?
Any feedback would be appreciated.

I Googled "iphone medical record app" and got several returns, the first of which called My Life Personal Record looks nice. Haven't used one, not sure how comfortable I'd be with all that private information so portable & accessible either, but to each their own. Have a gander!
