Setting up Email (temporarily) on Iphone
Not sure if this is possible bit goggle isn't helping.
My boss wants to add her email from her laptop to her iPhone, BUT she want to "turn off" email searching. Basically when she is out and away from her laptop she want to be able to check the email for her address but when she is at her laptop she want the email "off"

You can set it to fetch manually.

Yep. If your email server supports IMAP, that will work best. Otherwise, just make sure the iPhone is set to leave everything on the server so when she gets back to her desk the email will download properly to her desktop so it's all in one place.
