I do not usually promote or recommend a service publicly at least, but... I have a small business with Mac and PC along with 15 or so iPhones.

We needed a cost effective way to keep them all sync'd up with email, calendaring, tasks, and contacts. We did not want to use an overly expensive hosted exchange service, but like the flexibility it gives vs Google and mobile me. We needed a service that worked well with the iPhone especially.

We have had time to use the services we signed up for at getsyncd.com and really put their support through the ringer. They are top notch and we could not be happier with the hosted kerio mailserver solution we choose. Some of our employees use Entourage, some are using Apple Mail, a few Outlook users (yuk) and they all work as advertised!

Our iPhones are more useful than ever now that everything stays sync'd up with our computers almost instantly!
