CD Printer
In a recent issue, a reader was discouraged from using stick-on labels for CDs, because the heat inside a disk player was likely to cause the label to peel, wrecking the player. Instead, the writer of this little piece proposed a printer that inked the disk directly, although the low-tech solution of a sharpie was also enthusiastically endorsed. Now, I would like to follow the author's advice and acquire a printer to make labels for home-made CDs, but I failed to make a note of the maker and the model; and, I have already recycled my printed issue of MacLife. Did anyone make a note of the maker and model of a CD printer? Does anyone have experience with this kind of device that prints directly on CDs?
Thanks...

Re: CD Printer
If you're producing a bunch of them, you can also have blank CDs professionally printed by some duplication services and/or "offset" print shops. Usually quite affordably.
