Comment on the "Brothers in Arms" Article in Aug-09 Mac|Life
Did including the illustration for the cover of the book Marquis De Sade: Philosophy in the Boudoir add any value to the "Brothers in Arms" article by Leslie Ayers in the Aug-09 issue? Do I need to start censoring Mac|Life for which articles my children can or cannot read? Is it really too much to ask that you don't include an illustration of a man fondling a woman with his arm shoved halfway up her dress in a magazine that's supposed to be about Macs?

Welcome to the forums. I am 15 and don't have but to copies of MacLife that are from 2007. That would be unpleasant to read about in a magazine that shouldn't have it for anyone. If I were you I'd report it to the editors. They really don't read the forums much.

I found the picture made the magazine more interesting, different. It fit with the article and the use of Macs. And there are a lot of advertisements on TV that are far more titillating than that very stylized picture.
