Using Java 5 on Snow Leopard?

I'm developing a Java program, and it has a baseline requirement of Java 2 5.0. Now that I have Snow Leopard, Java 6 is installed. I'm using Eclipse to develop my application with a code compliance of 5.0, but unfortunately, one of my "end users" has a mac running OSX 10.5, and she has reported errors. (apparently one of the GeneralPaths in my drawing routines was using doubles instead of floats.)

I have an old powermac, but it seems to be on its last legs. Is there any way to run a Java 5.0 VM on my current mac?
