MacLife Digital Edition
I'm a new subscriber to both print and digital editions...anyone know how to access the digital edition...
customer service people don't even have a clue

For me they email the link to the digital edition. I think you have to pay extra though. (dont remember)

I have contacted MacLife Support. First they said they'd send me a link to the digital copy in a month. I waited, nothing, so I called them back and I got an email saying I'm not entitled. It seems MacLife is selling the hard and soft copy for less than what I pay for my subscription but I am still not entitled. I am not sure what all the secrecy is about the soft copy. Subsequently, I know also subscribe to MacWorld digital copy so I can read it when I am traveling.
