Seeking new mobile - UK or Hong Kong CDMA import?

Ever since I've owned a mobile I've always imported via e-bay Hong Kong or UK T-Mobile phones. I just can't seem to spend the amount of money carriers want you to shell out for mobiles here that seem to be old designs and features. An example are camera phones which the U.S. top of the line is finally at 5mp while across the ocean you can already get 8mp ones. Plus I like to be different with a mobile that people turn heads to because they never seen it at the retails here.
Anyway bottom line is I moved and now T-Mobile isn't available and the only GSM carrier in my area is AT&T of which I refuse to get service from. So my question for you, are there any CDMA carriers in the UK or Hong Kong I'd like to go to their sites and browse their mobile offerings to see what phones they offer that I can import for my new carrier U.S. Cellular.
