Playstation 3 3.0 update released
Sony's last major system update of the year, 3.0, was released last night.
Promising a new "What's New" section that replaces the Information Board, tweaked XMB interface, a redesigned status bar and friends list, and support for new avatars and themes, the 3.0 update seems to be getting mixed reviews from readers, with some users complaining about the font sizes on their HDTVs.

The interface was simple in use and presentation, these changes sort of go in the opposite direction, and I pray the new "indicator" can be turned off. Find out when I update
