iTunes remote control software for iPod Touch?

Recommendations please and thanks.

The Search: an iTunes remote control app for the touch, to use with airtunes (multiple units throughout the home). The computer runs 10.4.11.

My top priority is basic control: start song, stop, iTunes volume control (not system volume, for airtunes), forward and back, over wifi. Extras would be nice, like browsing playlists etc.

I have Salling Clicker on my mobile; that is absolutely perfect, it does everything, everything I need and more, and I love it -- except my mobile doesn't have wifi, and the range of bluetooth has always been a problem for me. There are no plans to move Salling Clicker to the iphone platform.

I have a remote, from Keyspan, an infrared thing with receiver that plugs into the airtunes unit. This has the proper functions, but was ridiculously expensive for something that only works at one location, has limited range, was always wonky, and died young.

So far: I've installed Rowmote on my touch, which works with 10.4. It has the basic functions, but it controls system volume, not iTunes volume.

I've found some other iTunes remote control apps, but they require 10.5, as it seems they are just going through Apple's Remote tech. Salling Clicker is based on Applescript, so its flexibility is great.

This has got to be the biggest brain fart I've had this month. At some point I noticed the Apple app, and I think I assumed it would be 10.5 -- can't explain what stopped me from trying it.

Anyway, it works, it does exactly what I want it to. All's well that ends well.

Thanks!
