iPhone MMS IS OUT!
Just downloaded the new carrier settings from iTunes! And MMS is officially out!
Finally, my iPhone can perform every task that I want from it!

On the phone with AT&T... Network is still not completely ready. AT&T actually tried to send me a picture message and the text I received told me to go to viewmymessage. Basically, some phones have access and some don't.
Obviously you have to restart the iPhone after the software update. Carrier settings are now version 5.5
