some printer compatibility drivers not appearing properly in the add printer browser
an issue that might make it difficult to remove an item from the Dock

cool

I procrastinated long enough to install Snow Leopard. Probably do it tomorrow? Then drive up to the Apple store to get a new nano as an early birthday present to myself!

Re: 10.6.1 out

I really do not know why Sirius will not stream using Safari. Still doesn't, yet other radio station sites do. So I'm thinking this may be a be a web standards issue with Sirius' site?http://www.sirius.com/sirius/servlet/MediaPlayer?activity=expand&streamNumber=

Re: 10.6.1 out

Not to mention the Sirius app blacks out Stern and some other channels that are popular! Bull-smurf for sure. They better add such channels ASAP or I'm out of the premium version.

Re: 10.6.1 out

Cocktail has just been updated and is 10xs faster now. You do need to update it from either their site, Version Tracker, etc, as the old version will not open in SL.

Re: 10.6.1 out

I am looking on Apple's site for the OSX 10.6.1 update download and am not finding it.... I'm assuming all here got it from Software Update? I haven't installed my copy of SL yet because of waiting for this, and will probably do it this weekend, just wanted to be sure.

Re: 10.6.1 out

So if I buy 10.6 from Apple, I should get the 10.6.1, correct?

In addition to cash reasons, I'm waiting a while for one or two big fixes to be released to DVD (less potential downloading in the future).

Re: 10.6.1 out

Just Installed SL today on one of my computers. Big difference. That whole other Leopard we've been suffering through was horrible. This is a lot faster and more stable. Plus only 75 Mb update! I was so getting sick of those 750 Mb Combo Updates.

Re: 10.6.1 out

Good thing it's not going to destroy your system when that happens! Software update once did that on another computer with the old Leopard on a G5 and it was no longer bootable. From now on I only download the disk images and install them in Finder.
