WWDC Webcast
I might have missed this, but is Jobs's speech going to be webcast?
The car of the future is a train with a bike waiting at the other end.

Re: WWDC Webcast
and to quote myself from that old thread:
I haven't found a link in Quicktime or in Apple's press release. Does anyone know if there'll be a webcast of the WWDC Keynote on June 23rd?
I'm hoping and praying they're is, because I'd be home to watch a Keynote live for the first time in a whileBetter yet, if you're near an Apple Retail Store, you could probably watch it in the theater. They havent said whether the WWDC would be shown at the stores, but most likely it will. I'd say check with them a weel prior to the conference.
i'm sorry to say i disagree...
historically, apple has not broadcast the wwdc keynotes. I believe all attendees must be adc members and therefore are under nda.
HOWEVER, this year is different: the mwny conference has mutated and wwdc has been moved to a later date and is already attracting more attention...so what i'm saying is don't give up hope and by all means check again in a couple weeks. but don't actually expect to see it (that way you can be pleasantly surprised!)

Re: WWDC Webcast
The Apple Stores will be showing the satelite feed of WWDC this year. I've gotten this confirmed through the Apple Store.

Re: WWDC Webcast
My guess is that if they do plan on the 3 biggest topics of the moment (i.e. 1. Panther, 2. the 970, 3. New towers to house the 970) I'd bet money there will be a webcast and sat feeds for sure.
Thankfully I work in a video production house where we have a dish and can get a nice clean feed without fighting TechTV commercials or crappy bandwith!

Push the button, Frank.
