'Cause you use your iPod as a hard drive for 5 hours a day and it gets toasty. 

Well, I do, anyway...  But I just sit the ipod on its side.

I paid $700's (CDN) for this mp3 player. I'm not going to casually toss this thing onto a desk.

We assure you: No iPod accessory (with the possible exception of our own DVBase) has ever received the degree of construction effort as the GPerch.

Well, actually, the crap written about this product definitely received a greater 'degree of construction effort' in order to sell this junk.   Yep, big fancy web site, bigger fancier words, and a big dollop of bs.

No one needs a stand for their iPod, it looks great without one, it works without one, and it looks great without one.   Especially this one.

while you guys were trying to be the coolest kid in first grade either about how much you paid for your ipod or how hard you can slam it on your desk, no one mentioned that the GPerch website seems like more of a first rate put down of Apple computers. Read it! They say how the word Fast is suddenly in Apple's vocabulary. Then they say the GPerch is the Fastest ipod cradle? What kind of a sick joke is that? And the best thing of all is that they know some foolish Mac users will give them $30 after they've just been publicly humiliated for feeling like they are the fastest for a few months before some Wintel machine machine comes out real soon that blows away the G5 (which by the way still isn't shipping).
