So about that Spearhead review...
What is the bug that you guys mention but never go into detail on?
You show it as a con of the game but you never mention in the review what the bug is/etc. Is it something you couldnt legally talk about in the game or what?
I know Spearhead runs like poo cause I got it. Another reason I havent beaten it is cause it runs so bad, so im not contesting what the bug is. I'd just like to know what it is so I know when to stare at the ground in the game to get better fps

Hey there, I wrote the review. The bug, as the review says, causes frame rate to drop to horrendous levels at certain sections of the game. It's so bad that you just can't play--I had to get cheat codes on the net to get past the level with truck, and holding the line in the Ardennes forest. THere doesn't seem to be a way to avoid it, at least that I found.
Anyway, when asked about this, Aspyr explained that it's a bug carried over from the PC version (lots of complaints on the PC as well), and that Aspyr can't fix it until Electronic Arts (the PC publisher) does. So that's that.

AAAAAAh! 
I quit playing a long time ago just for that reason. I've been looking for cheat codes to get around it, with no success. Hints please. I have been looking in the wrong places for sure.

Strange I had no problem with frame rates with the PC version at said places. The Truck andf holding the line; it was tough but I beat them both and finished the game without any cheats. I have tried the demo that came on the new CD but with my 500Mhz and 192 meg of ram 8 meg accellerator powerbook running 10.1.5 it is Hard to use the gun as the lag is horrendous. I thought this might of beeen due to my lack of recomended requirements.
To the present day I refuse to die!
