I've been installing Mac OS X apps. for a long time now, and I'm stumped by this one:  I installed Cocktail, or so I thought, and rather than installing in its own folder in my App. folder, I only get a disk image on the desktop.  When I restart, whoops, the image is gone.  This makes sense if I hadn't yet installed the app., but I did run the installer.  Cocktail won't install to my HD.  I can run it from the disk image on the desktop, but upon restart, the image is gone.

Any ideas?
