Why GeForce4 440 not Radeon 9000 ?
Why did Apple switch from a Radeon 9000 in the 1GHz 15,2" PowerBook card to a GeForce4 440 ?
Both cards are 64MB, so is it the speed of the cards ?

It is still a Radeon. It just is surrounded with 'books with Nvidia cards. They probably used it because each card can handle the resolutions better with the appropriate display.
