i searched around to see if someone posted this and didn't find it. but, go to www.apple.com/hotnews and look at "Video Editors Rejoice"
btw, i noticed how MA gave FCP4 pretty much all positive things, while MW was specifically looking for the bad points, trying to make it look like crap.
