MA server suggestion for RTCW
spawn times. too long.
games even seemed short at times? I believe it was your server. make the games a bit longer.
shorter warmup time is better.
other than that, cool. a mac rtcw clan.
(these settings are best imho. others may or may not agree)

Thanks for the suggestions, however, we've been doing this for almost 2 years now, so we have the server set up just the way we like it.

Kinda what Ha^3 said, but let me try to specify why....
spawn times. too long.

This is to set so that people are more thoughtful before just charging into a firefight. Strategy is important. It also places emphasis on the role of the medic. That sometimes seems to be a rarely used class, although my favorite to play! The time when long spawn times can be a pain is when you have few players on the server. The solution...stop by and play more!

The games seem actually just about right. You don't want too long a time, otherwise people may get bored with a map. This happens alot when teams are even in skill and the map is a double objective. Those can drag on forever. A shorter time also nudges people to be more agressive instead of hanging back or camping. Adds a little more suspense and action.

Well, this is done hopefully so people can plan strategy. More often though, it is used as a means of venting one's frustration on his/her teammates!
