where do i get this "helper" app for 9.2.2

Hey all,

i keep hearing about this so called helper application that allows users to install 9.2.2 on pre G3 machines. I have a trusty 8600/250 that is in need of a 9.2.2 upgrade, but where do i go to get this application?

help is always appreciated.
