Type this in the console:
\screenshot
This will take a pic of what you see (including the console if it's showing). I suggest binding it to a key, such as:
\bind F12 screenshot
This will make the F12 do screenshots, so you can do it without bringing down the console.

How about shift-command-3. that will work too. Makes a PDF to your desktop (mac osx)

Oh, I should also mention that if you use the \screenshot command, in OS X the screenshots are saved in: Your Home Folder:Library:Application Support:Jedi Knight II MP:base:screenshots, in JPG format.
