Re: what Mac OS are you running?
I just Ran Apple1 on my G4 last night
So, I was Running 10.2.8 9.2.2 And Apple1 in Classic All at the same time.
Apple1 ran so fast I couldn't focus my eyes on a line of code as entire pages of code scrolled up!
Way cool

Re: what Mac OS are you running?
Before the poll was fixed I just voted for the closest thing which was 9.0.4, but I'm really running 9.2
On the school playground, two kids in kindergarten were arguing about something, and one of them started crying. A teacher comes up to them and asks what is wrong. The kid who is crying points to the other kid and goes "he insulted my operating system!"

Re: what Mac OS are you running?
I'm sticking with 10.2.6 until the day this great G4 iMac does me wrong, at which time I'll buy a new one with whatever is current at the time. It's just over a year old, so I'm counting on several more years
Thrilled With G4 17" iMac!

Re: what Mac OS are you running?
GS OS (OS 6) all the way!
~The PenguinBut that's not Mac OS (although Mac OS took quite a few features from it).
BTW, it's GS/OS. And shame for running just plain 6. 6.0.1 is the latest.
Jyri
Ok, you caught me, my gs is in another room and hasn't been booted yet this month. I felt bad and just played with it, and it DOES have 6.0.1 ( and all the lil appletalk goodies!)

Re: what Mac OS are you running?
Let's see...
Apparently a weird hybrid of 10.2.6 & 10.2.8
9.0.4
8.6
7.6
System 7.1.1
System 7.0.8
System 6 (but that computer's not mine)
And since it was mentioned, GS/OS 6.0.1
(although that computer's got a problem with the sound GLU & won't boot right now
)

Re: what Mac OS are you running?
Panther on both my 12" PB and 266 iMac.
I'm surprised at how many people (according to the poll) are running Panther. Panther is AWESOME though and I would highly recommend it.

Re: what Mac OS are you running?
10.3, woot.
But my dad's bought far too many Macs to count ... how many OSes do you think we've had if the first Mac he bought was a Mac Plus and the most recent one is an iMac G4 800 MHz? We've had about 12 Macs, not counting the Duo Dock and the Newton
