Re: Matrix Revolutions

Sarcasm? I'm trying to get what you're saying.

No, serious. Maybe I didn't understand what you meant...I'm saying that it could be the other way around...that man won the war, and these "humans" in "zion" are the hybrids from the animatrix in "zero-one" but believe they're human. I dunno...we're probably reading way to far into this.

I like the second one a lot, sorry if you guys thought it was crap.

btw, I finally get your avatar, whoever posted before me... I thought it was like a moose or something, but now, probably because this is a matrix thread, its NEO!

Okay. I thought you were messing with my perceived (and rather simple) symbolism of Zion.  shrug

Oh geez.

I only just saw this avatar for what it is.  Until now, I've seen it as a matrix-ified little girl with pigtails.  Sort of a Code-Pippi Longstocking, if you will.

Re: Matrix Revolutions

The only cool part of Reloaded was the twins, who I assume will fight Neo in pt 3 because that would be too stupid to pass up.

My only quips with Reloaded were the crap effects, looked too cartoony, and the crappy fight scenes, nobody looked like they were trying to hit each other. A punch would be thrown three feet away from Neo, and Neo would block it two feet away from his head. Oh yeah, and the slow chase scene.

If peer review says its as good as the first which was awesome, I'll definitely go.

Re: Matrix Revolutions

I still get a kick out of the fact that the fight choreographer for the Matrix films once played a little old lady in one of my favorite Kung-Fu movies.

Re: Matrix Revolutions

I'll probably have to wait until tomorrow to see it.  Sigh...  Hmmm, think I should get advance tickets?  I heard on the radio that my theatre is sold out for friday night's shows...  hmmmm........

Re: Matrix Revolutions

I'll probably go in about a month or two. the theater cinema that is showing it at the moment suck in ticket pricing, in popcorn pricing, drinks and candies pricing, and worst of all, the jalape

so did you bring popcorn home? that's what i do. i buy the large bag with free refill, and refill it when leaving the movies. that way, it feels like i went in for free. anyways, at 6am, i guess not many movies would seem great to watch.

Re: Matrix Revolutions

woo hoo, that was fun.

my brain is too fried by sleep deprivation to be exactly certian of all the little plot aspects, but it was really enjoyable for me. not as philosophical as the first, but more emotional. new aspects to the fight scences, not same stuff as first two. I would reccommend seeing it on an imax if you could like i did big_smile. i enjoyed it big_smile
