Anyone have or used an iTrip? Was it any good?

It's fine - Unless you live in a big city, where it may have problems with all of the radio signals around it.
It's illegal in Britain, but it doesn't sound as if you're here.

If I were to venture a guess, I'd say it's something about causing radio interference or something.

Well... I'm only attending school over here, I'm actually from America... But, the way I understand it is...
Britain has very stringent laws about broadcasting (hence the gov. owned BBC, etc) and even though the iTrip only broadcasts a signal in and around your car... It's still a BROADCAST and thus illegal without a license.
Weird, huh?

iTrip works great for me...
I would go to iTrip'sweb site
Download the European frequencies. It gives you 87.7 which is not used prettymuch anywhere in the US. Works great as an iTrip station.

It's actually not technically illegal as long as it doesn't transmit over a certain range. It is illegal to buy them though, but not to use them. The gov't wants to get as much money as possible by selling the radio spectrum, note the
