New UT2003 Bonus Pack
On unrealtournament2003.com there seems to be a new bonus pack out made by the UT2K3 community. The screenies look awesome, to see them check out the official UT2K3 web site and hit the link.
I will be putting this on the server. Here's the DL link.

As for the server, it suffered a terrible blue screen death. I hope to have it back and healthy for the weekend.

Re: New UT2003 Bonus Pack
Got it yesterday! They look cool.
Make sure to only d/l the .zip file, and not the UMOD.zip version for those of us who didn't get the UMOD installer with our copy of the game (in other words, us Mac users).

Ahh... but you did get a umod installer with the game. Look in UT2003 Disk 2/Extras/UModUnpack/UModUnpack and behold the umod installer.
On a side note the map CTF-CBP-Betrayal crashes my UT2K3; please let me know if it does yours as well. All the other CTF maps in the pack are awesome (really). I haven't tried the other maps in the pack but if they are like the CTF maps they should be great!

Re: New UT2003 Bonus Pack
Good news/Bad news
Betrayal runs fine in Windoze, which sucks for you guys. I only played it for a minute.
Does it crash right away or later in game? Did you install with a UMOD or manually with .zip? I'm thinking that a file got misplaced somewhere. Double check your folders and make sure all the .utx, .ogg, .uax...etc got put in the right place.

Re: New UT2003 Bonus Pack
It crashed at the Title screen, where the name of the map is supered over the blue background shot.
I installed from the ZIP files manually. I'll try using the UMOD installer, but I'm sure everything's in it's place.

Re: New UT2003 Bonus Pack
Well I've found this on Atari's forums:
"Although I did notice some missing textures in BreakLimit and Betrayal. If I can remember tomorrow I will post some pics, but now it's bed time."
This maybe the cause. Try Breaklimit and see if it runs.

Re: New UT2003 Bonus Pack
I tried both maps and they worked fine on a pc.
UT2K3 makes me wonder if Levi and Co60 made this game. One map is calle Leviathan and one bot is called Cobalt
There's even a bot called Odin. does Odin live in Chicago also ?

Re: New UT2003 Bonus Pack
CTF-Betrayal (what's in a name?) crashes UT2K3 at the load screen. BR-BreakLimit loads and runs fine. I used the umod file to install. Went back and checked all the files installed against the zip version and all the files that are in the zip version are installed from the umod version.
ARRRRGH!

Re: New UT2003 Bonus Pack
I re-installed everything from the .ZIP file. It's all there, and Betrayal still crashes. I like all the new DM maps though!

Re: New UT2003 Bonus Pack
Got one reply so far from Atari's forums:
did you try disabling projectors, in your details tab?
It might work, since that is where the texture problem arises for older cards.
