Re: Unreal 2003 editor for MacOS
Sadly, Pur, the Unreal editor has never been ported to the Mac and the general opinion is that it never will be (excuse is made that it is too Windows dependent to be doable). The only options are to invest in a PC or to try to run it under something like VPC on the Mac (I can tell you from trying to do this that it is not fun).

Re: Unreal 2003 editor for MacOS
No, the Mac doesn't have the editor. They say the reason is that UEd was written in Visual Basic. In order to do a conversion they would have to rewrite the whole program and no one is willing to take that time.
Some peeps have had luck running UEd in Virtual PC. I tried it once and it was a lesson in frustration. Most of it was based on how VPC key maps for Windows. If you can work thru the key mapping problem you can get it to work.
Good news is that UEd is now compatible with Maya PL. So you can build your maps and models in Maya and import them into UEd, keeping your usage of UEd to a minimum.
