Infamous Flashing Login problem in YDL 2.3
Howdy.
I'm a Linux newbie trying to get into YDL, and I've ran into the following problem: I've got YDL 2.3 installed on my dual gig MDD G4. I've set it to use the text login screen instead of the graphical one. Whenever it finishes loading everything, it gets to the text login prompt. As soon as it does, the screen starts flashing black for about 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, it stops and says something along the lines of "INIT: ID 'X' respawning too fast. Disbled for 5 minutes."
The thing is, this is a pretty well documented (and therefore fixed) problem on Intel-based Linux distros. I've looked many places and I can't seem to find the fix for Macs running YDL. Does anyone here have any ideas? By the way, I'm running on a GF4Ti.
It should be noted that I installed YDL using the unsupported Windtunnel ISO, found somewhere on yellowdoglinux.com.

I was beginning to give up all hope for getting YDL up and running.
