Does it happen on all maps or only certain ones? It can be a few things:

1. If you've installed any custom maps, sometimes they'll do weird things to textures. Start your own server with the map that's giving you problems. If you get the same result, it's a local file. Try removing any recently installed maps in your /Main folder until it works properly.

2. On some servers, I get a weird glitch that causes the sky to ,um, "repeat" itself when I look up and swivel around. It's a setting in the config called r_uifullscreen and I don't really know what it's purpose is although it can get you kicked from certain servers running PunkBuster too. Enter this in the console:

/r_uifullscreen 0

and that should clear it up. Let us know what you find out!

I think I might know what you're talking about.  Try just reconnecting (/reconnect      in the console window) I dont think that will fix it if you have a serious problem but if it is just a glitch that happens sometimes reconnecting should do the trick.
