Are php.net and javascriptsource.com really "design" resources?
I think most designers would consider those to be development resources.

It's been around for a while now. It's a community of artists and designers where people (occasionally) comment on your work. There are some tutorials too. I used to spend quite a lot of time there but the mind numbing posts of "I 0wn j00", "that r0x0rz" and other leet-ery drove me away.
It's better now though.
I'm just like all the other non-conformists...
