It will run. Maybe not the greatest FPS, but it will run, and you'll prolly get 10-20 FPS.

Definitely. Radeon 9600 or better for the high, per-pixel shader rendering path, remember. Meantime you can get decent framerates with the eye candy and resolution turned down.

Halo seems to be more dependent on the GPU than the CPU, unlike UT2K3. So if you can afford it, yeah I'd say buy a better graphics card.
