Like I said in that other thread... I think it's the Y2K+4 bug.

Ya, and it wasn't funny there either...

I just want to make sure that I drive it into the ground.  You know, repeat it until it becomes absolutely toxic as opposed to just dismissable.

That must be the new thing to do in Y2K+4.

Re: Server Lag?

Major lag here right now. The worst yet. Dunno if it's from MAF or some other reason, but it's enough to make me stop reading any posts. The pages take forever to load. All forums. All threads.

By the way Kirk, maybe it'll help if you delete the garbage posts in this thread?

I'm glad i wasn't the only one. I PM'd Kirk about it and he said he hasn't had any trouble right now. It lasted at least several minutes and things seem back to normal now.  shrug

Re: Server Lag?

Massive horrible nasty lag, each page is taking up to 30 seconds to load on cable. Other sites/pages are not doing so. 7:34 local time, 1 january.

Sometimes before replying to a topic, I think to myself: I am just so original!

Or they realized the lag occurs when someone is downloading fine art from Hustler and decided that hey, priorities and all, the forum comes second  wink

I was so depressed last night thinking about the economy, wars, jobs, my savings, Social Security, retirement funds, etc., I called the Suicide Lifeline. I got a call center in Pakistan, and when I told them I was suicidal, they got all excited, and asked if I could drive a truck.
