I do hate the RIAA and Hillary Rosen, but she really is just a puppet. There are a lot of executives who are worse, not that Rosen is good or anything. I recently read that article in Wired about her. Those attacks on her being a lesbian are uncalled for, but everything else is perfectly justifiable.

It's silly that calling someone a lesbian qualifies as an attack. Better stated: it's silly that someone would think that calling someone else a lesbain is a way of attacking that someone else.

Given all the horrible smurf we can really attack the RIAA as being, I'd take lesbian any day.

Plus, watching lesbians go at it is totally sexy. wink

This could be a bad thing. I suspect that the RIAA will look for a replacement that is more aggressive that Rosen was. I consider this a portent of evil more than a time to rejoice.

I prefer watching cute guys go at it, myself.

However, it we got Roseanne Barr and Marge Schott together, I think that would definitely be something worth putting on the next Girls Gone Wild tape.

This could be a bad thing. I suspect that the RIAA will look for a replacement that is more aggressive that Rosen was. I consider this a portent of evil more than a time to rejoice.

Do we know of anyone in the running to take her place?

I wonder if they'll pick some celebrity as a rallying point, like how the NRA picked Heston.

Not for me. Of course from the same person whos stress level goes up with relaxing. Other than that I got extremely low stress big_smile

Actually I get very relaxed comming here. Inverse to one of the scarest moments of my life when I landed at some backwater airstrip and there were no sounds whatsoever. No wind, no airplanes, nothing. Pure silence. It was scary.
