I haven't seen tito acting like a jerk while I've been in there, John, but I assure you that if I do then he'll be warned, kicked or banned as the situation merits.

I can see how well banning works. The banlist has someone on it that was banned by Malkin i think, and the person has been sitting in there since last night. There are 8 ops for that channel, and not a single one seems to care.

That and that the banee has the same IP as an op should tell you something justine.

The person i was referring to was not an op. He lives in my neck of the woods, and none of the ops do. I don't know who you're talking about. The issues i had have also been addressed, so all is good.

Choking people for absolutely no reason is not funny nor healthy for the people in the channel. I don't care if an op does get off by using moderated mode and giving care to the more "popular" users.
I'm just annoyed. I'll get over it, but it made me lose respect in any policy you guys tell us to follow.If you find "policies" (they're not really policies, anyways) like "be nice," not using profanity and not flooding unreasonable, perhaps you and IRC weren't meant to be.
I guess you find not pissing people off too stifling?
although i do not support his methods, i think i have to agree with much of what phy is standing for.

It's pretty obvious, however, that Phy will just bend to people's will like some sort of glob of rubber.
