iTMS on "BernieMac" the other night.

Yup. His daughter was d/l-ing tunes with iTunes and iTMS. I don't watch the show, but my wife was, and when I heard them say"We're downloading music ..." I looked up from my TiBook, and there it was in all its' splendor!

Whoopee...

Well, I did get a little excited. shrug

I watch Bernie Mac all the time, funny show. FOX shows display macs all the time; Boston Public, animated on Family Guy, 24, Dark Angel and Fastlane just to name a few.

I think they showed an iMac in the Simpsons.  I'm not sure about that.

iTunes was open but I don't think it was actually showing iTMS. There was a long blue progress bar along the top of the screen too. Dunno what that was about.

Re: iTMS on "BernieMac" the other night.

Futurama had tons of Mac references. Like the "Mac Formatted" clone discs for Lucy Liu.

Ah, Futurama. I miss it still....

(But my DVDs take some of the sting away.)

They even did a Spoof 1984 commercial for Planet Express. They characters hated it because they had no idea what it was trying to sell.

Re: iTMS on "BernieMac" the other night.

Actually, the first season of 24 had a theme. Macs for the good guys and PC's for the bad guys. You could basically predict who was gonna become bad by the computer they used.

The second I think they mixed it up a bit.

Don't know about the next season.

Simpson's usually uses a sort of hybrid computer. The one when Homer had a website was sort of an on its side G4. The commentary on Futurama talks about how they like to use Macs whenever they can. For both shows. But more often for Futurama. I miss that show. sad
