New UT2004 EULA
Epic updated their End User License Agreement. I'm not sure if most people here would care, but here's a link along with what was changed.
UT2004 EULA
CHEATING. Nobody likes a cheater. It's a disgraceful way to earn a win and really is an insult to those players who earn their wins in on-line games the old-fashioned way

Re: New UT2004 EULA
Old news move along.
The new EULA came around about the same time the first patch did. Shortly after the first CD Key bans were done. It was meant to clarify that they have the right to revoke your CD Key. I guess some of the first peeps banned threw a hissy fit (excusses like OMFG it was the first and only time I ever cheated...blah blah blah).

Don't forget...THE MISSING SECTION!
And we at Epic games still reserve the right to treat Mac users like second class citizens, because we don't really care about them anyway. Attempts to complain about how much more complete the Windows version is versus the Mac version will elicit a response from our attorneys.

Re: New UT2004 EULA
Lol, you talking about the editor missing? From what I heard it was written in Visual Basic, a Windows language that was a pain in the ass to port. I bet if they ever have to rewrite the editor, they'll also make it so it can be ported to the Mac.
BTW: I'm undertaking modeling soon, if someone wants me to try to make a Max model, just tell me. If someone already has a Max model in maya, tell me, I could import it into UnrealEd.

Re: New UT2004 EULA
Actually, I meant the incomplete programming of the UT2004 app itself. Like no music player, the fact that we get updates 3 weeks late, etc.

Re: New UT2004 EULA
So, like after the Windows patch is done, don't release it until the Mac version is finished? Hmm... It takes time to port the changes that they made for PC version to Mac.
Also, I never use the music player. I used it once when I played demo. CTF-FaceClassic didnt' have any music, so I took a song from 007 Nightfire and played one of the songs from that. Otherwise, the default music is fine.
