Cannot upload using Airport

Hey all! Has anyone had any trouble with this? I am running an iBook 700/20/640 Combo and an iMac G4/800/60/768 Super both equipped with Airport cards and connected via graphite base station to a Westell DSL modem as provided by BellSouth Fast Access DSL. I had been a DirecTV DSL subscriber until they ended this month and transferred their accounts to BellSouth. With DirecTV, I had been able to upload files to my web space using Fetch, no problem. Well, BellSouth's web space is a little less user-friendly, so I was able to find another web server, www.sparedollar.com, which actually works great as it uses simple browse-and-load from the browser window and it is a super easy and efficient site to navigate. The problem is that I cannot upload any files, as well as make various other upload connections, while I am using Airport. If I unplug the ethernet cable from the Airport base station and plug it in to my computer (either one) then change the port configuration selection setting in System Preferences from Airport to Built-In Ethernet, then I can upload just fine to sparedollar.com. I spent the afternoon on the phone with a BellSouth tech and we have to agree at this point the culprit seems to be the Airport but I have tried a bunch of various settings and still no luck.
If anybody has any advice or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate the help!
Thanks in advance,
