ILM releases free software for Indie filmmakers, yes OS X!

This is some cool news. It is an open source program that works on linux, os x and another high end OS (can't think of the name right now). And not windows!
But seriously, I think there are some people working on the windows port, for the windows users. The thing is that it works through the terminal I think. Can anyone here clear up the installation process? I can work farelly well with the terminal, I guess, but I admit I don't know unix that well. Maybe someone could write a cocoa gui for this? Anyways check it out all!

It fixes brightness and contrast when things weren't shot well I think.

The other platform is IRIX, SGI's varient of Unix which runs on their workstations.

SGI to OSX ports should be rather easy... I would think graphic app developers for SGI's are probably somewhat encouraged that a new (OSX) market might be opening up for 'em.
