10.3.7: new ATI & nVid drivers
10.3.7 is out, boasting OpenGL improvements, new video drivers and improved FW. As always, run Disk Utility, repair permissions, and back up any important files before upgrading (like I've got room to backup 200+ GBs).
I saw something over at MacNN about disconnecting and shutting down FW devices before running the last upgrade (10.3.6). Oops! Guess I got lucky that time; this time I'm doing it right and reading the ReadMe.

Re: 10.3.7: new ATI & nVid drivers
The upgrade went smoothly; I disconnected my FW drives, booted the Installer disk to run Disk Utility > First Aid, ran Disk Utility locally to Repair Permissions, and finally ran the update to 10.3.7.
The game is running fine, I haven't benched it tho. I'm still getting used to switching to Centered Weapons and the new look for weapons ala the ECE update to UT.

Very good update...2k4 runs much better on my G5 with a radeon 9800.
No problems what so ever.
