I want to see it ... messy and all!
I don't want to show the mess, and i certainly don't want to clean it.

You've said that the last three times there have been threads to post a picture of people's systems. Don't you ever clean? It must be reeeeal bad!
It's just that no one starts these threads when my desk is clean.

Jasoco - I have a strange feeling that you ... like games? I'm also sensing an aura of ... working for ... a gaming shop? Tell me if I'm getting close...
Are those all Genesis games?? That's smurfing wicked. And SNES games on top? Who cares. Those all all Genesis games!. The Sega Genesis = hands down best developed system for its time. The Core System, SegaCD, 32x, and then the CDX.. man, that system rocked. Brought me so many hours and levels of fun.. Sonic 2 - best game ever.
I have the Genesis 2 / Sega CD / 32x as well as a CDx, but now I emulate everything on my xBox.
As far as my setup:
xBox 1.1 with SmartXX v2 and a 160GB drive, PS2 (unmodden, unknown version), Pioneer stereo system, and the Philips TV that lights up in the legs. Love this little TV... too bad it only comes in 13"
Dell-branded 19" Sony Trinitron, Gigabit Server G4/500Mhz, B&W 300Mhz G3 (my actual server), 15BG iPod. Oh, and a $10 1Ghz AMD system under the table, I play WoW on.

Jeez. Everyone has a G5 except me...
That's the coolest keyboard ever, though, Gozer. Think you can take an up-close pic?

I don't have a G5, heh, and I think Gozer's keyboard is just a regular keyboard with training wheels on it.

That's pretty cool... If I were to do that, I'd probably Zebra or checker them each, but, that's just me.

Cool setup, and I LOVE the scanner. When not in use, it makes one of the coolest picture frames ever.

It took me a while to figure out what you meant! that sticker has been there since like April - I forgot it was there. I guess I will catch some heat for that...
Anyway, yeah the scanner rocks. I used it to scan all my old college pics - the quality is incredible (combined with Photoshop CE it really cleaned up some old pics). The most expensive picture frame I own!

I like the Firewire/USB extension for the iMac. It would be too cool if it would light up like a Powermate

Yes, I like games, but no, I don't work for a game shop. I do work in the Electronics department at Kmart.
As for games, yes, Genesis, SNES, NES, N64, 32X, Sega CD, Saturn, Jaguar, Master System,Atari 2600, it's all there along with my modern games.
I really must take some pictures. I've added quite a bit since then.

Quick, someone fix the white balance on that pic!
Is it fixed now? I replaced the pic with one that someone fixed the white balance on for me. They also informed me that my monitor calibration was off.

Actually, you never replaced it with the somewhat corrected version I did. *snip*
Your post still shows the old image even after I temporarily disable my cache with shift-reload. Also, people please follow the forum guidelines and don't embed images that are wider than 450px. Linking to (as opposed to embedding) images larger than 450x450, however, is fine.

Yeah, I replaced it with the corrected version. I even uploaded it on a different server and went in and edited my post with the corrected link.

http://sosumi.mafmods.com/desk/Desktop.html
It has shots of the whole desk, my PowerBook, my PC, my keyboard, the rats nest of cables behind it, and my cabinet of unused hardware.
The desk features:
19" NEC CRT
iPod Mini
Klipsch 5.1 surround speakers (surround satellites on the messy dresser on the other side of the room not pictured)
1Ghz Titanium PowerBook G4
HP LaserJet 1012
There's a KVM switch on top of the sub and it shares the monitor, keyboard and printer with both computers. The mini keyboard in front of the monitor is for controlling the KVM. Those devices don't behave with things like a wireless keyboard/mouse set, so that plugs to a USB port around back and the iMac keyboard to the dedicated keyboard port. There's a puck mouse in the mouse port for emergencies.
