Help with Palm and HotSync
I'm using a PalmConnect USB kit and the HotSync manager isn't allowing me to sync with my Palm VIIx. (the palm and the computer don't synchronize)

Make sure HotSync is enabled (via the HotSync menu bar selection) and that it shows the USB cradle in the setup panel. Check that conduit settings are correct.
Plug the Palm directly into your computer, not a hub.
If you are running it in OS 9, it sometimes takes a restart before the comp will see the Palm.
