Re: TV Shows on DVD
not if you go to ebay....
Would someone actually be stupid enough to try and sell pirated shows/movies on eBay?
Yes.
And they get away with it too.
Their username eventually gets banned, so they start a new one.
There is too much of it for eBay to get them all.

I forgot about Freaks and Geeks. I have that one too.

you're kidding right? heh, you can find Asian bootlegs, VHS recorded rips that include commercials, DVD rips on DVD-R. It's really quite ridiculous. But, it's not illegal because you can't buy them in stores ...

I've got the Star Trek DS9 series and Futurama on DVD. I'm considering Northern Exposure.

I was selling Linux CD's on eBay.
They told me I was not allowed to - because they have a general policy against selling ANYTHING on CDR or DVD+/-R media.
Illegal or not (my case it was legal) - it is violation of eBay policy.

Re: TV Shows on DVD
They just released a 2-dvd set of "God, the Devil, and Bob." I don't have it, but I'd like to rent it, because it's all 13 episodes of the series, not just the four that aired before NBC cancelled it. I wouldn't want to own it though, since I'm not the type of person who'd watch it more than once.
"That's My Bush!" is another one that they should put on DVD. It's not been done yet, but you can get DVDs of it on eBay (i.e., VHS to DVD conversions).
