What is this "Dont forget Poland" stuff ?
I dont get it.
And yes, this is a topic in minithink that does not have thing to do with Bush, God, or homos.

Just don't forget them.
This is a mocking joke directed at W. Bush's debating style.
I think it was the second debate, Kerry was listing countries helping out in Iraq, and...he forgot to mention Poland. (This was before Poland said they were pulling their troops out)
Bush immediately jumped in with "YOU FORGOT POLAND!!" in a manner I found to be childish.
So its a funny inside joke when I have nothing else funny to post.
If someone could post the image of the Polish cavalry from some movie (they were beating down the Turks outside Vienna, I think)...yeah, that was a good one.

Not really just an inside joke, I hear it everywhere these days. It was made even better when Poland annouced their intent to pull out of Iraq - what was it? The next day or so? Inside a week.

During the presidential debates, Kerry said something about there not being much international support for the war. Or maybe he said it was an overwhelmingly American war. Or that almost all the military casualties were American. I don't remember exactly what it was.
Or maybe he was listing countries that had troops in Iraq?
Anyway, Poland got overlooked, and Bush angrily said he'd insulted Poland.
Sounded mighty foolish, so it became fodder for jokes.

As for the pulling out stuff: I just heard that Poland is sending replacements to Iraq, so I think this pulling out thing must a mistake, or some political thing.
