Re: Think Secret Too Stupid To Die
With all due respect to Nick, I view rumor sites the same way I view horoscopses. That is, something of a lark, not to be taken seriously, and always rather pleased when reality lines up with the predictions.
That said, TS has a pretty good hit-to-miss ratio.

Re: Think Secret Too Stupid To Die
Personally, I think he invited it by saying that there was a "0% chance" for Powerbook upgrades at MWSF. That info was posted right up through Monday.
I think they were right- I wouldn't call a bigger or smaller screen option an "upgrade" -they were probably going on info that there were no speed increases.

It isn't considering the DDR (as proven) doesn't really work differently than regular ram with the current Macintosh hardware.

Re: Think Secret Too Stupid To Die
The attitude that the rumor sites are hurting Apple's stock price is laughable. Poor product upgrades are keeping Apple's stock price where it is. Whether we find out about it on a Tuesday at an expo or the Saturday before on a web page is irrelevant.
