Jasoco:  Try logging into Root.  That should fix it.

You know I haven't touched Root in 2 years.

Me neither, you should see the layer of dust on my bong! big_smile

But seriously folks, take a look at what you would have to spend to get the equivalent of iLife on Windows and there is nothing to complain about. I know that doesn't help longtime iApp users, but I have a feeling that is where some of the pricing structure is from?

Yeah, compared to consumer-prosumer equivalents in Windows... no contest. Sadly, actually.

It's all right to touch your root.  Some even say it's healthy every now and then.  Keeps your system at top-performance.

Re: iLife

I'm disappointed that the RAW format for my camera, a Canon PowerShot G2, is not supported by iPhoto:

http://www.apple.com/ilife/iphoto/import.html

Why, Apple, why? Does this mean I have to upgrade my perfectly-working 4 megapixel camera just to use this feature? If Adobe can do it for Photoshop Elements 3, why can't Apple?

It's just listing current cameras. I bet it'll work with your camera's RAW files and mine too (S45).
