Major Crash with SETI
I've used SETI for years (5K plus hours) without problems but when I installed it on my iBook (10.3.7) it caused a crash that forced me to remove the battery to escape. No key combination worked to get out of it.
This has happened three times both with and without other apps running so I've stopped using it on the laptop.
Any ideas?

Re: Major Crash with SETI
Command line (CLI) or screensaver verision? Neither has been updated in a while, so there might be an incompatibility with 10.3.7. I just use the WinNT CLI on my x86 boxen.
edit:: oh, and what 'nice' settings do you have them on? If SETI tries to monopolize the CPU, it will obviously lock everything else up.
