Wow... I had to stop halfway through so I'd remember it for class. I counted 40 more times I would've had to drink just in the last 20 minutes of it.
The funny thing about the drinking game is that it's a way to show how formulaic and predictable the Presidential Pep rally is. I'm not ragging on Bush here, the State of the Union Address is always like that.
Oh, and my favorite time to drink was "when they show half of Congress giving the president a standing ovation"
