Re:Safari Slowdown, Cache Culprit
According to this article : http://www.obzorg.org/archives/00000063.shtml deleting the Safari cache directory helped with Safari slowdown which I too am experiencing, however I am not sure what to do, should I simply throw away the Safari Cache directory (~/Library/Caches/Safari)...?Is that safe ? Has anyone tried this?

Re: Re:Safari Slowdown, Cache Culprit
It is very safe to do:
Update: I guess I like doing things the hard way. In the comments below, Ian points out that the application menu in Safari has an option for emptying the cache so you needn't do it through the Finder. You still need to do it manually as the current version of Safari doesn't offer any automated cache management functions.
Go to the Safari menu, click on "Empty Cache..."
Enjoy!

I'm still trying to figure out if you're a girl posing as Macboy4139, or a boy posing as a girl, and a bit confused sexually. <shrug> laughinol
