We don't watch a lot of TV seeing as most of it is CRAP.  Reality TV is a huge waste of air space, and most of the sit-coms are degrading.  I found that if I wouldn't let my kids watch a show (if I had one) because of nudity, language, or just the nature of the show, I shouldn't watch it either.

However, we do enjoy the History Channel, Myth Busters, Nova, just about anything science, and yes even Lawrence Welk.  Hey at least it's good clean TV

I still, however, like to turn the TV off and listen to the old radio programs like Amous and Andy, and The Shadow.

Yep, if you can get an old tube-driven radio you can still get all those old shows, Charlie McCarthy and Arthur Bergin (He used to have to take the dummy into the radio studio or he couldn't do the ventriloquism!), the Lone Ranger, The Shadow, Dick Tracy.

What do you mean you can listen to those old shows if you can get an old tube-driven radio? That sounds like a Twilight Zone episode's plot.

American Chopper, American Hot Rod, Monster Garage, Star Trek (any series, but especially TOS).  *sigh*

Luckily, MythBusters can hold her interest, and she doesn't mind most of the cartoons, as long as one of her shows isn't on.  Good thing she also loves MXC!

However, she also likes ER and Gilmore Girls... *blech*
