Can you de-authorize your computer for individual songs?  If not, I do not see how this will work.

This guy bought a song off of iTMS and has decided to auction it off on eBay.  The seller think that if you can legally sell a used CD, you should be able to sell a bought/used song, too.

It seems logical to me, but what do you think Apple and the RIAA have to say about it?

Invalid item, looks like eBay removed it.
